When it comes to a business that was built for the community with true intention, Huddle House lives and breathes Greenbrier. Immediately when you walk in you feel like you are a member of the Greenbrier football team. Historic Greenbrier football memorabilia can be found from corner to corner for patrons to enjoy and reminisce. A football “huddle” takes on a whole new meaning as they are covering you in great service, food and experience while dining.
Huddle House is owned by Jason and Sarah Everett. Their family of 9 is extremely active and keeps the road hot with extracurricular activities. Time after time after eating late at night along with friends and family after a game, they would ask themselves, “Why can’t we open something like this in Greenbrier?”

After much prayer, they went for it and what a whirlwind of a year they have experienced! Huddle House opened in March of 2024 and is one of the top grossing Huddle House franchises in the nation. From the MVP Platter that includes everything but the kitchen sink for breakfast or the local favorite BLT Combo, their impressive menu has a vast array of options! They roughly employ 20-30 individuals with several of them being Greenbrier High School students. Often you can find Huddle House hosting fundraising nights for non profits and civic organizations and has quickly become a hot spot for community connections. It is easy to see why the Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is celebrating them as the 2025 Business of the Year.
While the love for football and food will continue to be celebrated every day at Huddle House, they will continue to celebrate their customers and offer great service. “We’re successful because of our amazing employees. They’re all from our area and they’re invested in this community. The community has given incredible support. Often, I literally have tears in my eyes watching these “kids” cook, serve and run a restaurant with such joy, laughter, humility and kindness. I know one day these kids will wake up on a Saturday morning to make omelettes and pancakes for their kids and remember where they learned those skills and have fond memories. I am so dang proud of them” shares Sarah.

The Everett family has deep roots in the community and if you were to examine them closely, they all bleed blue. They are excited about this endeavor and as a community, we are excited about their investment in Greenbrier. Huddle House is located at 38 S. Broadview next to Matthews Park. Follow them on social media for specials, events, and updates. Call 501-50BACON to order ahead or place an order on their app.
