When it comes to your daily dose of caffeine, you can literally find it in the name at M’s Daily Dose. Owners, Tina Reyes and Wendy Castro met back in 2011 through the restaurant industry. They instantly connected and together, eventually had their own ambitions to have a joint venture in the restaurant space. “We got very close to starting a sweet shop, but something came up that prevented us from going down that road, several times. Eventually, we had this opportunity to purchase this business from Emily Hillis, so we took a chance and here we are” shares Tina.

After purchasing the Greenbrier business and getting a few years under their belt, it just made sense to open a second location by Amigo Loco in Damascus because of the available space next door. The opportunity to have a drive-thru at that location also made it a unique opportunity. “It was hard to get it all going and it has its challenges since Damascus is a much smaller community, but over time we think this will be a great market to be in. It is slowly picking up” adds Wendy.
While Tina and Wendy are still both busy managing Taco Local and Amigo Loco; Alyssa, Tina’s daughter has had to step up in day-to-day operations and keep things running smoothly. It seems like all of their businesses have an ‘all hands on deck” approach which is a necessity for a small business to thrive.
Wendy, Tina, and their staff are excited about serving the community of Greenbrier with a cup of ambition for years to come. Often, you can find motivational messages, quotes, and uplifting messages handwritten with love on coffee sleeves. “We are extremely fortunate to have a great community that supports our locations and our dreams” Tina adds. The Greenbrier Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate M’s Daily Dose as the 2025 Small Business of the Year.
