There is more to do than just drive through!

1.

Visit Woolly Hollow State Park

This is a classic state park experience with fishing, boating, and swimming on 40-acre Lake Bennett complete with a launch ramp with canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, and fishing boats for rent at the park. Bring your own pole, bait, and tackle. The 9.4-mile Enders Fault is a beautiful mountain biking destination and hikers have four trails to choose from.

2.

Check out our numerous unique retail destinations

A "junkers" paradise! You can "junk and drive Hwy 65" and stop at over 6 amazing flea market and antique stores. Greenbrier is home to one of the largest antique stores in the state, Arkansas Peddler's Antique Mall. This destination is over 28,000 sq feet with over 65 dealers.

3.

Matthews Park

Located in the heart of Greenbrier, Matthews Park is a unique destination for all ages! Enjoy the First Service Bank barrier free playground, First Security Pavilion, the fully stocked pond, skate park, walking trail, and splash pad. This 50+ acre park is truly fun for the whole family.

4.

The Cadron Creek

Central Arkansas’s major canoeing and floating stream, Cadron Creek offers gorgeous scenery including many caves, bluffs and pinnacles. Fishermen can try their luck at catching largemouth bass, crappie, bluegill, and flathead catfish weighing 50 pounds or more. The Cadron flows through private property, so users need to be mindful of property rights and avoid trespassing unless they have prior permission of the landowners. Hwy 65 and Hwy 285 both have public boat launch sites.
